Private catamaran charter in Mallorca

Booking policy

• A 50% deposit of the total confirms the booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before departure.
• If payments are not made on time, Oasis Catamarán reserves the right to cancel the booking for non-payment.
• Catering and drinks are paid no later than 15 days before departure.
• The deck is teak, so shoes must be taken off before boarding. Spray sunscreen is not allowed either.
• No outside food or drink may be brought on board the catamaran.
• Prices include a crew of 3 (skipper and 2 deckhands). To keep the quality of the service, a 4th crew member is required from 38 guests and a 5th from 50.
• If you book water activities (with Oasis Catamarán or another provider), one extra crew member is required for the safety of the boat and the guests.
• Each extra crew member costs €125 for a half-day trip and €175 for a full day.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by Oasis Catamarán

If adverse weather conditions prevent safe sailing (a decision that rests with the skipper), Oasis Catamarán will cancel the trip and the full amount paid will be refunded, with no cancellation fee.

Cancellation by the client

If the client cancels, the refund will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is notified:

• 90 days or more in advance: no cancellation fee. The full amount paid is refunded.
• Between 90 and 30 days before: a cancellation fee of 50% of the catamaran price (equivalent to the deposit paid when booking). Amounts paid for catering and drinks are refunded in full.
• Less than 30 days in advance: the catamaran price is non-refundable (100% cancellation fee). Amounts paid for catering and drinks are refunded in full.
• Less than 15 days in advance: no refund will be made. The cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the booking: catamaran, catering, drinks and all services booked.
